Hi.
I got a Hitatchi Ultrascan HD Tv and it's not 16:3 but its regualr 4:3. I purchased it in year 2000
I have rogers digital cable and am wondering if my Tv is HD Tv or would i need some type of instrument to make it a HD tv.
