Am I able to use the new HDTV card for my PC and pick up signal like I can in the US? I live in Edmonton,AB.

At present there are no over-the-air (OTA) channels in the Edmonton area that are broadcasting HDTV. HDTV is, however, available in your area from the local cable distributor (Shaw) and from satellite (ExpressVu or StarChoice). All offer a good variety of both US and Canadian channels. You will be amazed at the quality of the programs produced in HDTV.
